WE ARE WSLQ I-RADIO
Welcome to our full-service digital recording and production studio! We provide a professional environment featuring incredibly talented on-air personalities and dedicated behind-the-scenes team. Our goal is to deliver the best possible experience in music, discussions, and information. Join us and let’s create something amazing together!
WSLQ I-Radio name was created by Co-Founders Sharon Chism and Silko Renaldo Thomas. The building of the infrastructure began during the summer of 2020.
The creation of this station came from the brainchild of Silko Renaldo Thomas after retiring from is government job he began reminiscing about the college days of working at the on campus radio station of WFSE FM-88 Silko contacted a few of his alumni classmates that attended Edinboro University of PA and shared with them the idea of starting up his own radio station, and with their blessings he decided what his next course of action, to build his own brand of radio WSLQ i-Radio.
The station is targeting the end of April 2021 to begin their official debut in Maryland, Virginia, Washington D. C, the Surrounding Areas and the Global Communities around the World.
